Still can't uninstall 360 security off my samsung s5

Thanks for previous reply. Have tried to access administrator privlages to turn off uninstall protection. When I click on the 360 security I get a black screen and a message saying unfortunately settings have stopped working. I found the file when I plugged it into my pc & wiped it. Restarted my phone, but the file came back. I have tried doing everything in safe mode also... to no avail. I want it off my phone. It is draining my battery, sending selfies of me telling me 'he has peeked at you' advertising their latest app. My phone randomly freezes and gives messages that 'unfortunately your phone has stopped working'. I am so frustrated.... please someone find me a solution.
