Samsung Gallery Grand Prime using OK Google because I'm a quadriplegic and need the little voice control it gives and Google now to wake up/unlock the screen.
using OK to allWhen I turn on my phone, the screen shows me three buttons. 1 Google voice button, 2 every time, 3 this time. Pushing those buttons I hear a chord sound and nothing happens. If I say "OK Google" phone will turn on to Google search but that's it. Any attempt to swipe screen, push home button, back button, etc. doesn't work and just gives me a music note. All buttons don't work, not just the ones on screen. My only option is to shut down and the only way I could do that is to pull the battery. When I restart nothing changed.
