Why is there a red Question Mark in the battery icon on my LG Power X?

My LG Power X has a red question mark in the battery icon. It will not charge or turn on. What do I do?

Welcome to the forums. That would be an indication the phone is either not recognizing the battery or it has malfunctioned somehow. Have you replaced the battery with a non-OEM copy?
