How can I take picture of at code

I am not sure what an "at" code is, but I am guessing that taking the picture of it is not really the problem.

Are you possibly trying to take a picture of something displayed on your screen?

You can do this by taking a 'screenshot'. All you need to do is hold down the Power button and the Volume down keys at the same time for 2 seconds. The picture will be saved in your photo gallery.
