I have a redmi note 4 thats running android 6 and I share its internet connection with my computer. But after 10 min the phone stops the hotspot if nobody is connected to it. I would like to increase that time.
I have read that there is supposed to be some advanced settings in the hotspot sharing menu or increasing the screen timeout would change it, but unfortunately there is no advanced menu and the screen timeout doesnt change anything.
Is there any way to change it not turn off so quickly?
