Why can't I disable my lock screen option

Why can't I disable my lock screen option on my ZTE model number 9513

Try first clearing credentials in Settings, Security.

I'm having exact same problem. Clear Credentials is grayed out. For me, this problem of not being able to disable the screen lock has occurred just after I set up the Find My Mobile feature at google.com/android/devicemanager. I turned find my mobile off, but the lock screen still won't disable.

Did you turn it off in Device Administrators?

Yes, I believe so. I went to Settings>Lock Screen and security>Other Security Settings>Phone administrators.
I deselected the radio button next to Find My Device. I do notice that I have 2 other administrators listed on this screen, and none of them are selected. I wonder if I need at least one selected? The administrators listed are Secure Folder and Security & Privacy.

The other thing is that I set up Bixby last night, and it told me i was required to run simplified settings with Bixby. I don't know if that is contributing to this problem.
