need help with root problem??

restarted my phone there the word root under the phone name, but when i tried using supersu to unroot it told me that my phone wasn't root. can someone tell me what wrong with that??

no i bought it for a while and that just happen recently

Welcome to the forums. It may have been rooted then removed, but either incorrectly or not completely. Is that giving you a problem with something else?

not really, just some apps and games can't be opened. the rest are still working smoothly

Does the trouble persist in Safe Mode?

like i said, just some apps can't be opened, and safe mode does not allow apps you download to run right. so i can't check

Did you have any updates that may have removed root?

A rooted device usually does block an OTA.
