How can we delete the software updated rececently and make the mobile as it was before

I updated a software in my Samsung j7 recently as there was a continuous notification.
After downloading my phone is completely changed and I dint like the new version...
I tried with reset factory data and hard reset but thers no effect icons are changed camera setting and gallery everything is totally changed after hard reset i dint get the old version.

I again want my mobile as it was before, when I purchased.
I want the old version back , is it possible...

Sounds like you got an OS update. That's not easy to roll back, if it can even be done. This was a common complaint as Nougat was rolling out to the S7 as the "Samsung Experience" (formerly Touchwiz) changes that came with it were significant.

Ne careful if you flash the previous (or any) firmware - anything you've done to the phone, like installing apps, your text messages, etc., will be gone, so back up anything important (to some place other than the phone) first.
