Nokia 8 - Random restarts

Hi all,

So my Nokia 8 has started to randomly restart. I woke up few times and it asked me to enter my pin as the device has been restarted.

Also, app-wise, twice i got the message that Facebook and Spotify has stopped responding (after the device restarted)

Other than that I haven't had any notifications from other apps.

Is the only solution factory reset? Isn't there a way to find out what is causing this?

The best way to check If an App is causing this is by Going into safe mode.Hold power button The hold The power Off option Run in safe mode for a Few hours and Check if something is loose.

I will give it a try when I get home from work.

So I had Safe mode on until this morning and no restarts happened. I now restarted back to normal mode and I am waiting to see if it will randomly restart again
