Help. Phone is on complete lock down.

[Android Central Question]

Okay so, Without too much detail on the why and how, My boyfriend managed to get ahold of my Samsung galaxy s5 (att).

1. has set up app lock by domobile with advanced security (no way into settings)
2.set up where's my mobile elite features.
3. also set up a Samsung account with reactivation lock. (not my email)

Please tell me there are some tricks and tips to get around all this...I have a laptop but I don't have a clue what to do. I cant do anything on my phone or factory reset because I tried once and he knew because of the reactivation lock. I guess he thinks he can because he's paying for the phone...and no I can't afford a new one. Any advice?
