Pixel XL replacement

I bought a refurbished pixel xl Blue edition device in ebay. It has warranty till April 2018. But seller replaced screen and frame(black to blue). This device has camera issues. Can I contact google for replacement because it has warranty?

I think you'd have to contact the seller, not Google.

I can tell you from experience with my Nexus 5X that if you didn't purchase it from the Google store they won't help you. Go back to the seller.
