How do I stop the notifications that say "Unfortunately, ______ has stopped"

I turned on my phone, unlocked it and the first thing that pops up are notifications that say "Unfortunately, _______ has stopped" The underline is just a random program. It keeps spamming it so I can barely do anything on my phone no joke. I can use the drop down menu that lets me change the brightness and sound but that's it. How do I send a video of what is happening?

Is it always the same app? You would just have to uninstall that app.
