Android Central Question

I have a rooted zenfone 2 delux z00a. Initially I was trying to install Lineage 14.1 OS with the appropriate GApps. I used an old version of TWRP to wipe everything except the zip files on my SD card. Then I tried to install the ROM and the GApps. When I reboot, it bootloops three times and returned to recovery mode. Someone from a forum suggested me to update my TWRP. I downloaded the img and moved it to the SD card, flashed the image then reboot. But I've forgotten to reinstall the ROM after I wiped it. So now I can't even get back into the TWRP (I can only access bootloader but there is nothing at all that I can do). Please help.

There are 3 separate partitions you can boot into in an Android phone, and recovery (or TWRP if you installed it) is one of them. Even without the normal Android ROM installed, you should be able to boot into recovery.

Reboot to recovery (which should be TWRP - if not, install from the SD card, and choose the TWRP file to install, then boot into TWRP), then use TWRP to install the ROM and GApps.
