Is this maleware/spyware on my phone?

My phone has been acting up and it's brand new. It a lg stylo3 and i've had it less than a month. I believe my boyfriend has done something to manipulate my phone.

I recently downloafed an app called app detective. While looking through the things this app looks at i found this.....

How exactly has it been acting up? The file you're listing sounds normal.

If you're concerned enough, back up your important files, then do a factory reset. Set it up as a brand new phone, rather than restoring a backup. Then don't let your boyfriend handle your phone, and make sure you have a good screenlock password.
