Unable to hear

I have a relatively new (couple of months old) Vernee Thor plus and when I make a call the receiver cannot hear me (I can hear them). If I turn the device off and on again it works fine for a few calls then relapses back to the same thing again.

Is there anything I can do?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, many thanks.
