Samsung Galaxy Tab S Factory Reset Problem

[Android Central Question]

I just got a tablet from a third party. Its stuck at the Verizon logo screen. So I tried factory resetting it and it says

Formatting /data...
Formatting /cache...
-- Appling Multi-CSC...
Applied the CSC-code : VZW
Successfully applied multi-CSC.
-- Set Factory Reset done...
-- Copying media files
did not match sized '/system/hidden/INTERNAL_SDCARD/Video/Wonder of Nature.mp4' (File exists)

and it does this over and over and over. When I reboot, its stuck at the carrier screen still. Any ideas?
