I have a Motorola Moto X 2nd generation (2014) and since yesterday I have been getting alerts that the gallery has stopped and I can't get into it. I have followed every set of instructions I can find, but to no avail. I rebooted, cleared the cache, deleted other media, and put my phone into recovery mode. HELP.
