My x has been tracking my location,AP use calls,texts and emails

Awhile ago I kept getting private number phone calls and no one said anything until I heard someone say I have an Samsung j3 then I hung up on them but my phone has been acting strange, alot of data used I have seen in her phone alot of different aps like Zedge aptracker something and other things

Go to your settings.. Apps... Show system apps... See if anything suspicious is there. Look in administrator privileges for such..
You can look in data usage to see where the data is used..
