Why can't I print from Note 4?

[Android Central Question]

After selecting "Print" the printer icon appears. I tap the icon and then message appears "Failed to change the settings. Try again". I'm unable to exit from the app and have to X out of the application altogether.
I'm able to print from laptop, and my husband can print from his iPhone.
I've cleared cache and data from the Print Spooler and Samsung Print Service Plugin. I've rebooted both the phone and the printer.
