That's called an S9 keypad.
This is the only one I've found, and it says that it looks like one, not that it works like one. That's probably because no equipment today expects you to enter letters from a phone. (They might want you to press the number that the letter appears on, and only have choices that can't get messed up by needing to know the difference between say a K or an L [both would be 5].) (And with Samsung about to release the S9, looking for an S9 keypad is like looking for a needle in a steel mill.)
If any company you deal with still requires you to enter the whole thing on a phone keypad, call them and tell them that they need to get their equipment rethought. We haven't done that in about 10 years.
