    It started out as an issue with downloading to my mobile device. I tried everything that anyone could suggest. Cleared cache, restarted phone and reinstalled app. I toggled the stream on Wi-Fi/ download on Wi-Fi only options but nothing worked. Now I find I can't even play music. Looking for a way to get in touch with Google to aid me with this issue.

    Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Are you getting specific error messages, or does it just not play anything? Did you also try clearing the app data (and not just the cache)?
