How do I get rid of this ini file that keeps popping up in my gallery?

In my images is an ini folder with an image that can't be opened. What do I do to never see thus again. Even if I delete it it shows up again.

Delete the image file. Then delete the folder. (If you're saving things to the phone when you're running a program in Windows (on a computer), it may be that program saving its settings (before there was a Windows registry, there were .ini files. A program installed as "portable" still uses one.)
