Why i can't use my flashlight and back camera?

[Android Central Question]

I am using MyPhone My87 DTV .Few days ago, after an unidentified reason, the flashlight icon inside my quick setting disappeared. By that, i can't use my back camera anymore. I had reset my phone, but result still the same.
I had tried all the possible solution inside google but i can't bring my flashlight and back camera Back.

Can you give some solution?

Welcome to Android Central! The flashlight uses the camera's LED flash, so if there's a problem with the camera, then the flashlight won't work either.

Does it also happen in Safe Mode? On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.
