How do I get my Amgoo 508 phone to boot up?

My Amgoo 508 phone froze while I was reading a text. Rebooted phone and now it wont go beyond logo screen. Have restarted it, pulled battery, reinstalled SIM card and just left it alone. I've been trying for hours and am beginning to pull my hair out. Any advice?

Welcome to Android Central! Unfortunately, that can mean that either the firmware has corrupted or the motherboard has failed. If you have an SD card, remove it, just in case that's causing the problem. Otherwise, contact the manufacturer, if it's still under warranty.
