I cannot open my contacts, notes or e mails

[Android Central Question]

I downloaded the train line app and immediately it affected certain things opening, it comes on Turn off overlays which I do but it will not reset ,I took it to Vodafone Shop and rang them but no one knows the answer HELP.

Welcome to Android Central! What train line app? Does it help if you uninstall it?
