Camara is not working, why?

when i am opening camara it is coming, " unable to connect camara. Please check whether the camara is in use or restart the phone.
But i restarted then also not working.

Welcome to the forums. What device do you have? You could try clearing data for the camera app and then restarting the phone. Also, it's possible that there's a conflict with another app that keeps the camera busy. Check which apps are listed under settings - apps - permissions - camera.
