My Nissan Rogue does't recognize my phonebook when using voice activation

My Galaxy Note 4 phone book contacts are completely downloaded to my Nissan Rogue 2018 SL. When I try to use voice activation hands free the screen in my car tells me that my contacts are still downloading no matter how long I wait. I have 981 contacts on my phone which downloaded to the car.

My husband's phone a Galaxy S6 works perfectly hands free by voice activation. He has 596 contacts if that makes a difference.

Welcome to Android Central! Have you already tried forgetting the the car in your phone's Bluetooth settings, and forgetting the phone in your car's settings, then re-pairing?

Also, go to Settings>Bluetooth and tap the gear icon next to the car system. Is Contact Sharing turned on?
