All my apps are gone what to do ?

Where are all my apps . Woke up took phone off charge and apps gone!! Help

Try first a Power Off and Restart.

If that doesn't work, are they missing from the app drawer? Or only from the home screen. If just from the home screen, find one you want in the app drawer, long-press it until a small representation of the home screen appears, then drag the app to that small home screen. (That creates a shortcut to the app on the home screen, all you ever get on your home screens.) Keep doing it with all the apps you want on your home screen.

Please my phone turn off and I charge it and turn it back on,all my apps are gone it keep telling me to do everything again as if is a new phone

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? It sounds like it might have gone through a factory reset. If you didn't do the reset yourself, then sometimes a phone can have a major glitch, causing it to spontaneously reset. You'll have to set the phone back up again and reinstall your apps. Unfortunately, any data that you didn't backup is probably gone.
