Android Central Question

So I recently purchased an album, so I opened it on my PC, plugged in my Samsung, and tried to rip the album over to my phone. It says everything went well in Windows Media player, but when I go to my Google Play I cannot find any of the songs, I also used file explorer to search for the music on my phone to no avail. I've now attempted to rip it to my phone twice. Any ideas?

How are you trying to get the music to your phone? Is it a standard file type (I.e. .wav or .mp3)?

Btw, the only music Google Play would show is music purchased via the Play store. Try using your phone's music app to see if it finds the files, because those general do so automatically.

I don't think you can "rip it over to your phone", you have to rip it to the PC's hard drive, then copy it. (Unless it's DRM-protected, in which case you probably can't rip it.)
