I am trying to screen mirror from my Tab S3 to my TCL 6 series 55" tv. It worked fine a few days ago. It works fine when I use my Tab S2. I can enable wifi direct to the tv from my Tab S3 and it connects, but when I try to connect by tapping the Smart View icon (in order to screen mirror) it just shows the screen prompt that shows available nearby devices, but never shows my tv (or any device) as available and never connects - like it used to.
My Tab S3 is an allowed device for my tv, I have all the necessary permissions enabled in the app, I tried turning my tablet off and on, same with the tv, but it just will not show my tv as an available device and connect, no matter how long I wait - 5, 10, 15 minutes or more.
Does anyone know what could be wrong? Like I said, it has worked before, but suddenly Smart View on my Tab S3 just won't work now.
