New micro SD card not showing album art on any music players on my phone

So I decided to get a new micro SD card with more storage for my Samsung Galaxy A5 2017, I used to have a Kingston 4GB card and now have a SanDisk 32GB card. Since transferring my music to the new card my album art shows up on my phone in very sporadic ways. The first time I inserted the card only 3/4's of the album art appeared, so I unmounted it, and deleted everything and put all the music on it again, this time artwork only showed up for 2 albums out of 40. So I tried again, now I'm back up to about 3/4's maybe only 1/2 of the artwork showing. I'm so confused because it's always different albums so I know it can read almost all of it, and I know all my music's ID3 tags are right.

Welcome to Android Central! I'm not sure how any kind of recovery software will help you, since you're not trying to recover deleted or lost data. There's always the possibility that your card is defective, or even counterfeit. Does this happen with other cards as well?
