Can't delete wifi network and mobile hotspot

[Android Central Question]

Recently I found a suspicious wifi network Cdobm on my phone that it must have connected to before I realized my wifi was still turned on, however I do not have the option to delete it. Also a 2.0 Hotspot network was added as well, mobile lite and i do not have the option to delete or forget it, is there any way to get rid of these I am worried it might be something malicious.

Welcome to Android Central! Are these in your Saved Network list? Or do they only show up when you turn on wi-fi? If the latter, then they're probably just neighboring networks that your wi-fi radio detects when it's on.
