I always factory reset my phone and when I do the Google Play Store is out of date and I never know how to update it and I was wondering if there was a way to keep the update on an SD card and if so how do I do that

It will update itself, or should. However, I don't believe Google is still supporting the last version of Play Services that was available for that device so it may be VERY difficult for that to happen.
