Phone Screen Black

My phone screen is black and I am freaking out. I have tried taking out the battery charging it and holding the off/on button for long lengths of times. I still feel vibrations and the bottom buttons still glow. It isn't a brightness issue. I have tried charging and everything. It is a Samsung neo 5.

This device is getting quite old It may be done fore From the sounds of it I have had many customers bring in devices in same shape only to find that they have dropped it and damaged the OLED screen underneath the digitizer It can be difficult to see cracks or damage in the OLED if it is not turning on
