Last night my 3 month old Samsung J6 fell in the bath!!! It was submerged for literally a second before I got it onto a towel and tried to dry it off. Stupidly in my panic to remove the battery to dry it properly I stuck my pin to for the SIM tray into what I now know to be one of the microphones!!
My phone is alive but it won't play any sound (although does ring and when I test the ringtones, they also play with no effect to the sound) via my files, Facebook, you tube. I've done the *#0283# sound test and can hear myself on all of these. When people ring I can't hear them and they can't hear me. Can someone please tell me if there is anything I can do??? x
