Alcatel model 9024W cannot connect to google servers, no fixes found

[Android Central Question]

I have tried turning off 2 step verification. Tried factory reset of phone. Tried resetting mobile networks. I am connected through TMobile data, no wifi. Netflix movies will load, but chrome, play store, any other Google app, will NOT work. Error message is : Cannot connect to Google servers. Try again later.

Please help!
