Why don't I hear the ringing tone only from one contact?

I don't hear the ringing tone only from one contact. But it shows in my log. There is a small symble in front of that name ( / inside a circle and A).

But that person gets my calls and hear the ringing tone when I call.

Please help me in this.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Open your Contacts all, select that contact, then tap Menu>Customize Ringtone. Is it set to None?

Or to a numeric "ringtone" (meaning that the file it was set to changed)?
