setting up bx action

[Android Central Question]

When I open the appmy screen has 4 green barsI cannot turn on the first 2 at the same time as in the video decribes. For 1 it says to complete the initial setup which is done 100% and confirmed with samsung. Mostly the 4rth bar says data protection, does not have internet access and data stays on my phone. I am lost here and need support somehow please
