note 4 stopped fast charging

what i have done, always made sure fast charging is checked, replaced w/brand new fast charging a/c plug and cord, replaced battery. when i first replaced batt, plug and cord it worked fine BUT only once and hasn't worked since. i have also tried numerous cords. and when i plug the phone in the fast charging unchecks itself, as well, it will check itself back on when i unplug it. driving me nuts. any ideas. thank you.

Maybe your charging circuitry is busted now. If the charger you're using works in other phones (preferably other Note 4s), then it's probably your phone's hardware.

You can try Safe Mode just in case, but since you mention that it works intermittently, that usually signals a hardware issue (could be something as simple as a loose port to something more serious like a burnt chip or terminal).
