Welcome to Android Central! Is this the Galaxy S4 phone or the Galaxy Tab S4 tablet? Are you using the stock Email app or some other app, and which email provider is it for? If it's an account you added to the Email app, you may have to double-check the outgoing SMTP server settings and make sure they match the ones for the email provider.
