I have 1 google home that is not interacting with other smart devices. Why?

So, I have 4 Google Home mini, 1 Lenovo Smart screen, and 1 OG Google Home. For a while my OG Google Home was not plugged in after I got my Lenovo Smart Screen. Last week I decided to place it in the living room to add living room voice control to my Harmony Hub. However whenever I tell it to interact with any of my other smart devices it seems unable to. It won't turn on/off smart devices in my Smartthings system. It won't operate the Harmony hub. It responds mostly with "Power control is not yet available". In the Home app it says that it's firmware is up to date with the other Homes I have. Every other Assistant device I have tested (haven't asked the Shield TV things lately..... The controller with the mic is always dying when it is always listening) is working fine and interacting with all the devices just fine. Does anyone know why my OG Google Home is acting so much less smart than my Minis and Smart Screen?
