I can't upgrade my toshiba thrive

I have a Toshiba thrive 10.1" screen with 32 gig memory and I did a factory reset. When I could not download 3-D games or any games for that matter I search for upgrades for the thrive. Every time I did a search the thrive told me there were no upgrades available. What should I do to make my tablet more than just a pretty paperweight???

The Thrive is a very old tablet.

The only official update it received was to Ice Cream Sandwich.

If you are knowledgeable in how to root, you can upgrade to an unofficial JellyBean ROM.

You are better off getting a new tablet or a decent pre-owned or refurb.

I loved my Thriive and still have mine, but it's older than dirt now and really not worth trying to update..
