Motorola one driving me mad with pin requests

How can I stop having to enter my pin so oftain (one a day will do!).

You could set up Smart Lock to keep it unlocked in certain locations or when certain devices (bluetooth) are connected. You can also extend the auto lock timeout to 10 minutes or so and turn off the option to lock automatically with the power button (turning off the screen).

Of course - if your device is connected to work in some way you may not be able to change some of these options.
