When connected to wifi, my Umidigi One doesnt receive incoming calls. Any suggestions?

When on data everything works perfectly, and I don't it has anything to do with WiFi Calling. I need help.

It was enabled and set to mobile preferred

Metro PCS and its ok, but its weird, when I call someone, it changes to 3G instead of my 4g, but it still calls. Besides that, everything is fine.

If you don't have VoLTE turned on (or if the phone doesn't support it on Metro), that's normal, since the phone is reverting to GSM to make the voice call, and it doesn't have dual antennas for both voice calls and mobile data. Go to the Settings>Mobile Networks menu and look for an option for VoLTE (which might also be called Enhanced 4G, Advanced Calling, or HD Calling), and turn it on.

Also, in the specs, I also see that the phone supports both GSM and CDMA. If it's set to prefer CDMA, that might also be a problem. Go to Settings>Mobile Networks>Preferred Network Type​ and make sure CDMA isn't selected.

What if Enhanced 4G was already turned on

You might want to check with Metro to see if they can tell if VoLTE is working on your phone. One way to tell is if you can browser the web while on a phone call (not using wi-fi).
