Since December, I was having battery drain issues on my Pixel 2. I tried Safe Mode, Factory Reset, I even sent the phone back and they replaced it. Now that I have had it back for a day, I'm still having issues with the battery draining quickly. It's lost 40% of the battery life in just over 3 hours. I'm using many of the same apps, but when I put it in Safe Mode, the battery continues to drain quickly. I know when I first purchased my Pixel 2 around March 2018, the battery wasn't great, then an update fixed all that. I'm just wondering if anyone has heard about one of the new updates or the new OS causing battery drain issues like this. Any help is appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central! How's the cell signal? If it's poor, that can eat up battery fairly quickly.

Try LTE Discovery to measure the cell signal.
