Should i have my own unique build number and software version?

I think my significant other has cloned my phone . I need help determining if its true. Please assist me if its possible.

No, the build number and software version are the same for all phones of that model running that update level. Yours, your SO's and a few million other people.

Cloning a phone, since the 1990s, has been something done on TV shows and in movies, but you can't really do it any more.

(But I think you need more than cellphone advice.)
