A
Android Central Question
Hello,
I am new to this forum: please apologise me if the question has been already answered before, but could not find an appropriate match among the previous threads.
I have a MotoG 5th gen and after downloading the update to Oreo 8.1, the installation (which would normally require only 30 minutes) gets stuck at about 30 percent of the progress, starting a continuous cycle installation-reboot that never finishes. Normally, I can still manage to revert to the previous version after a reboot in recovery mode.
I tried a few more times (after wiping the cache for instance), but at the end I decided to make a reset to factory settings before trying again. Well, even in this case nothing has changed.
Is there anything else I could try?
Thank you for your time.
Carlo
