Welcome to Android Central! Are you getting a message that just says "Tap to Download"? If so, that means it's an MMS message -- it could be a picture, but it could also be a group text, so there isn't necessarily an attached photo file to download. If you get this message, that usually means there's a problem with your mobile data. Is yours turned on? Is your mobile data signal ok?
