My messenger will not open. It says my beta programme is full

How do I fix those if it says messenger is not working

Leave the beta program for that app. On your phone, open the Play Store, find the app you're having issues with, and there's roll down to below the dev info. There you should see a beta tester section and the option to leave. That should bring you back to the main release of the app.
