Okay so my girlfriend changed her lock screen and forgot the pin and could not get back into the phone. I told her I would try to bypass it but she told me she just wanted to factory reset it because she 'had too much junk on it"
I asked her if she set a backup recently, or if her Sync was on, she assured me it was all on her Google Drive so I proceeded to Hard reset the phone and performed a Factory Reset.
When the phone came on it was asking for her Pin to continue, the same pin she forgot obviously. Since she did not remember the pin she asked if I could reset the phone again. I thought that was not a good idea and showed her that on a different screen for starting fresh she just needed to put in her Google account password in the next screen to get back in. It was at that point where it all just went completely wrong!
She forgot her Google password too! And she had Two Step Authentication or Log in with phone enabled! We could not log into her account on the Pc to reset the password because of that and when we tried to reset her password with Sms she had apparently entered her recovery phone number wrong it was off by a digit so we can't receive the verification texts either.
So there she was with a phone stuck in the Set-up stage and I had to leave soon to go to work and i did not want to leave her stranded like that. I remember hearing about this FRP before and did some research on Google and found the way to Bypass the FRP lock screen so I could create a New google account to log in!!!

Well it was good at first, she got into her phone and was able to send and receive calls. And then she found her Google password she had written down in a safe place! So she tried to log in but was locked out because of the Two Step Authentication! Google was not recognizing her phone as the one to send the prompts too.
So by me Bypassing the Google FRP by changing the Certificate credentials or whayever it was. We cannot get back into her Google because of the Two Step! How can I reverse the Bypass on the FRP so the phone has the credentials in Google's eyes so she can log back into her google account regardless of the Two Factor Authentication? Please help me I seemed to have created a monster

And this is just one of many reasons why it's never a good idea to try to bypass security measures. Not to mention being against the site rules here to discuss. Sorry, but I'm afraid you have an expensive paperweight. The only thing I could suggest is talk with her carrier or whoever she bought it from to see if there's anything they can do, such as an early upgrade or something.

I would suggest talking to Google. If the account is truly hers they will work to prove her identity.

That's why the second step shouldn't be the only phone with the account. She can go to Google and try the "forgot my password" link, but if the only place the email account is on is the phone, she taped dynamite to her leg and lit the fuse.

As Almeuit said, Google is about the only place that might be able to help her. In the future, don't have the phone using the account as the second step and the only place the account's email goes.

(And get a password safe - Keepass2Android Password Safe has a Windows version too, and the data file can be kept on Google Drive, so everything has access to the same passwords. If there's a second step, put that into the comments. LastPass is also good, but KeePass is free.)

Last Pass is free too, they just heavily promote the paid features.

I hasn't looked for a while - they've changed. But KeePass doesn't promote anything, never has. I think I'll look at LastPass, though.

They changed a little over a year ago, allowing mobile and cross platform access with the free account. I don't remember all the changes because I have a paid account ($24/yr, another change they made to likely cover the cost of the extra free stuff. ).

It feels strange, compared to KeePass - no "find" unless you sort by name. I'll see how it feels after using it for a while.
